Skin Tests
All clients must be skin tested prior to your first colour treatment with Amber Jane Hair, regardless of whether you’ve had colour treatments elsewhere. A skin test kit will be posted to you. Due to health & safety and insurance reasons, this requirement cannot be waived.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice of cancellations or requests to reschedule your appointment.
Payments
Payment may be made by card or cash. Amber Jane Hair reserves the right to request partial or full payment in advance of your appointment.
Refunds
Client satisfaction is my primary goal. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the services or treatments I provide, please bring this to my attention immediately. The sooner you let me know, the sooner I can resolve the problem. In the event that I am unable to satisfactorily resolve the problem after one re-visit, I will offer a partial or full refund as appropriate.
Timekeeping
As a mobile hairdresser, I may be unavoidably delayed by traffic or other reasons beyond my control. I will always attempt to contact you if I am delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking and Vaping
I respectfully ask that clients provide a smoke and vape-free environment. I reserve the right to cancel or delay your appointment if you or members of your household smoke or vape during my visit.
Health and Safety
I will use a clean gown and sterilised equipment for all clients. Treatments and chemicals will be handled in accordance with recommended industry safety procedures.
Qualifications and Insurance
I am fully qualified and insured to provide hairdressing services and colour treatments.
